This page explains how account information, writing content and browser storage are used in Escena Script.

Data controller and contact

What we store

The service handles your email address and sign-in information, together with content you save: projects, episodes, screenplays, title pages, saved versions, characters and their relationships, locations, story beats, bible entries and notes. Saved records include identifiers and timestamps needed to organize your workspace.

Why this information is used

Account information is used to sign you in and associate saved work with your account. Writing content is used to provide editing, saving, version history, project organization and exports. The editor also keeps a temporary recovery copy of script text on your device while saving.

Your scripts and AI

Your work belongs to you. We do not use your scripts to train AI models. The current writing tools do not send scripts to an AI generation service.

Services involved

Lovable Cloud provides account authentication and storage for saved workspace content. If you choose Google sign-in, Google participates in that sign-in process under its own privacy terms. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to contact Google.

When Lovable error-reporting tools are present, application errors may be reported with the page path, error message and stack information to help diagnose failures.

Access, export and deletion

You can view and edit your writing content in the workspace. The Account page offers a JSON download of account content and an account-deletion control. The download covers workspace records and your email address; it does not include browser storage, authentication session records or information held separately by service providers.

Account deletion requests removal of your account, projects and notes. It does not clear recovery copies or preferences in your browser, and should not be treated as confirmation that every provider-held copy has been erased. Export work you want to keep first and clear local copies separately.

Your data-protection rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Send requests to hola@elyseumlabs.com; do not send identity documents with your initial request.

You may also raise a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the relevant supervisory authority.

Information on your device

Your browser can retain a sign-in session, language preference, cookie-notice dismissal and script recovery copies. A successful script save removes its recovery copy. See the Cookie Policy for details and ways to clear local storage.
